Curtis shed tears after her mother Mrs. Carmen Ojales-Smith greeted her via phone patch.
“Happy birthday! Firstly I wish you all the blessings, good health. I’m so happy for you. Proud na proud talaga ako sa iyo [because of] what you are now,” Ojales-Smith said.
“I’m so thankful to God for all the blessings He gave you and also I wish you all the happiness in your love life, hahaha, with Erwan. Stay fit as you are. You’re still my ‘wabbly wabbly’ Anne. l love you. Happy ka na sa love life mo. Sana, sana, sana. I love you and happy birthday,” she added.

“I love you and I will see you soon. I miss you. Thank you mama. Thank you for greeting,” Curtis said.
The actress also expressed her appreciation to her “Showtime” family for making her dreams come true.
“Sa ‘Showtime’ family ko, thank you for making not only the ‘Madlang Pipol’ dream come true. Pati ‘yung dream ko, natutupad dito sa ‘Showtime’,” she said.

Luis Manzano shares why he considers Anne Curtis as his soulmate
Luis Manzano is looking forward to promoting his new movie Who’s That Girl which will premiere on March 7. Unlike their past movies where Luis tries his best to win Anne’s heart, in Who’s That Girl, it’s Anne who does all the chasing.
Admittedly close friends for the past ten years, Luis and Anne (who address each other by their respective pet names Manzano and Nippy) have maintained their strong bond throughout the years. Luis said that Anne is currently the closest girl to his heart. “Talagang sabi ko nga, she’s my soulmate. So for me, that’s Anne. My soulmate,” he shared during the Who’s That Girl presscon held last February 4 at the City Best Restaurant in Tomas Morato Avenue, Quezon City.
The 30-year-old actor said that even though they have had relationships with other people, it doesn’t mean that there is no chance of them ending up together in the future. Pero sabi ko nga, no one can tell the future. Walang puwedeng magmagaling at kayang sabihin kung ano mangyayari pa. Sa akin naman, at this point, whatever we have right now is a very, very good foundation for the future, kung ano man yun,” he admitted.
Luis also shared that his friendship with Anne was not always smooth sailing.
The Who’s That Girl actor said that it’s not hard to be friends with Anne because it doesn’t take a lot to soften her heart. But he admitted he also had to make an effort to get on her good side after a fight. “Pag may tampo yan, it’s very, very easy to make her smile. Ganun, ganun kami,” he said with a smile.
Luis said he loves to make Anne smile especially when he knows she’s going through a tough time. “Si Nippy kasi ‘pag may mga araw na may pinagdadaanan or kung ano man, ‘pag masama ang gising, kahit gaano kainit ng ulo niya or irritable siya, ako wala akong pakialam, kukulitin ko pa rin siya, hanggang matawa siya, parang ganun,” he said.
Luis said that his friendship with Anne has only become stronger because they are also both there for each other even during times of heartache. Siguro something as substantial as my love life, eh sa pinagdaanan namin aabot din dun at one point or another dahil she’ll be a very, very constant part of my life. Sa akin yun ah,” he said. Liz Uy's Birthday Party
Why am I including Lz Uy's birthday (her birthday is Feb. 08) in this blog? Not just she is Anne's friend but because during her birthday party (she celebrated last Feb. 13); Anne, Erwan and Sam were present. It's good to know that they are all really friends now and can actually be in the same party.

Anne's Eternal Love?
Last Feb. 13 in The Buzz, Anne finally settled all the questions why she did not give any title to Erwan (Heusaff) during the Green Rose Press Conference where she gave title to Oyo Sotto as her First Love, Richard Gutierrez as her Young Love and Sam Milby as her Greatest Love. Is it safe to say that Erwan is her Eternal Loveasked by Charlene Gonzales during her segment "Straight From The Heart". "Of course" Anne said.
"Well, I'm hoping, you know, at the end of the day, we'll be, you know, siya yung makakasama ko na," she added.
"I'm still hoping... I don't wanna have any expectation kasi. Siyempre, when you have expectation, that's when you get hurt. So, based on what happened to me, I don't want to have any expectation anymore. But I still hope, of course.
"As of now, I'm happy and that's all that matters. I don't want to have titles. It's because when you give title, that's the end already. You're putting a period.
"Like with Sam, greatest love. That's a title and saying it's over.
"With Erwan, I don't want to give a title because I don't want us to stop."

Anne, no longer the only Princess in Showtime?
Karylle had her voluntary exit last January 22, 2011 in Showtime but the cast and crew had a bigger plan for her. She will be joining the Showtime Family together with Billy Crawford, it was announced last Feb 12 . Anne will no longer be the only female host in this program but for sure she will be happy to welcome Karylle as part of the family knowing Anne's generosity and friendliness.
