Anne as "TheTwitter Queen!"

Among the local artists now, Anne is the only Filipino Actress who deserves to be called as the "Twitter Queen" having 718,262 followers as I write this blog right now and growing every time I visit her Twitter Account (http://twitter.com/#!/annecurtissmith). The reason that a lot of people follow her is because she spends time to reply back to their messages especially during traffic, thus making her follower turn to be her avid fans. "I try, whenever I can," Anne said during her launching as the endorser of realty corporation. "That's why my fans, whenever I'm in traffic, I usually answer back. Or whenever I have a free day, I answer back." Though many of them might say that she is really not answering their messages. "Sometimes may nagrereklamo, 'Hindi naman nagre-reply si Anne Curtis.' But then you have some of the other Twitter followers, they would say, 'Hindi, kasi nagre-reply 'yan pag traffic,' or 'Nagre-reply 'yan, maghintay ka lang, magre-reply rin 'yan," Anne explained.


March 10, 2009; she started her Twitter Account with the influenced of her friend Georgina Wilson. They used to tweet just amongst their circle of friends. After 2 years, she was surprised with the number of followers and as well as her friends followers. Surely alot of us idolized their barkada (Famous are Anne Curtis, Georgina Wilson, Liz Uy, Solenn Heussaff, Richard Gutierrez, Raymond Gutierrez, Isabelle Daza) because they are all gorgeous and successful on their own field. "It wasn't a major trend before. It wasn't considered a major social networking thing before. But now, nagulat na lang ako... Whoah! And I loved it!" Anne said.


Most Popular? Because of the thousands of her followers, it is now proven that she is finally on top after being in the showbizness for more or less 16 years. She might be even considered most popular than the other famous Young Actresses namely Angel Locsin, Bea Alonzo, Angelica Panganiban and KC Conception. "No. Hindi ko iniisip yun. As I said, when I joined Twitter, hindi ko iniisip na magiging ganun siyang kalaki. I just want to reach out more to my fans. Yun lang," Anne humbly said. (Source PEP).

Anne Curtis admits being in a relationship with Erwan Heussaff.

The good thing about Anne is she always share something about herself to her fans, especially her lovelife. After trying to keep her current beau from the lime light, she is now more open to talk about Erwan who is very camera shy. "For him to be more confident in front of the camera... He's just very, very shy at the moment kaya medyo protective muna ako sa kanya. But maybe you know eventually, he'll get used to it. But aside from that, wala. I just wish him all the happiness... Yihee!"
During the press conference of Green Rose, she was asked about the men she is with and she was linked before.  She said that Oyo (Sotto) was her first love, Richard (Gutierrez) was her young love and Sam (Milby) was her greatest love. She explained that it wasn only with Sam did she give her all out love and even came to a point of naming her future children with him. Most of us might have wished that there was a chance when they did their first movie (Babe, I Love You) together last April 2010 to get back in each others arm. After the movie was shown, it was then made in public that Sam was already eyeing for someone else. Whom we all know as You Tube Sensation, Marie Digby. (It was reported last quarter of 2010, Sam and Marie decided to be better off as friends). That's when Anne publicly announce in SNN way back May 2010 that she is also seeing someone else, Filipino-French Model-Business man Erwan Heussaff. I remember she said in one of her interviews that if your ex-bf already decided to move on then you should move on as well. I believe this is why she started to give Erwan and herself a chance.

Erwan is the same guy that she was with during her Europe tour last May 2009. For me, no one can accuse her of using Erwan as her rebound guy since they were already dating way back 2009 and only decided to be exlusively dating early 2010. She mend her broken heart first, enjoyed being single for more or less 2 years and enjoyed dating without any pressure from the public this time since Erwan is not in Showbizness.

Everytime she is asked if she already made it offficial with him, Anne usually evades the question by saying "She is happy and that is all that matters". Last February 9 in14th floor of ELJ Bldg ABS-CBN compound during the Green Rose Press Conference, she finally admitted that Erwan was her 5th boyfirend. "Si Oyo [Sotto], and then si Richard [Gutierrez], si Paolo [Araneta], and then si Sam [Milby], and then pang-five ko na siya, Erwan."

If Sam is her Greatest Love, Erwan is still yet to be known.

ANNE Curtis will be seen daily morning and evening starting Monday. She’s hosting “Showtime” (back to its 10:30 a.m. slot now that “Happy Yipee” is at 12 noon) and at 10 p.m. on “Green Rose” that replaces “Kristine”. Her sked is really so hectic since she’s also shooting “Who’s That Girl” with Luis Manzano.
“Viva and ABS coordinate for good time management,” she says. “It’s tiring but I’m happy to be productive. I’m also glad na patapos na ang taping namin ng ‘Green Rose’ as we started last year pa, so we’re now doing the final week kaya hindi hand to mouth ang airing ng episodes namin.”

She’s paired anew with Jericho Rosales in “Green Rose” after the film “Baler” three years ago. “It’s always a pleasure to work with an actor who has an impressive passion for acting. Masarap kaeksena si Echo kasi rehearsal pa lang, talagang lumuluha na. Sa story, I’m a rich spoiled girl who’s made to work by my dad in our company where I meet Echo, a poor boy, and we fall in love. Just like in ‘Baler’, pinaglayo kami at naapi siya. He got jailed, but he gets the chance to go to Korea and returns to Manila na very rich na. After long months of waiting, finally Green Rose will air on prime time tv this Feb. 14 staring Anne Curtis, Jacke Cuenca, Alessandra de Rossi and Jericho Rosales. This is the adaptation of one of the highest rated Koreanovelas.

Who is Anne's date this coming Valentines Day?

Anne Curtis, Georgina Wilson and Liz Uy are each others date this coming Valentines Day. "Kami ang magkaka-date" Liz said when she was asked if who would be their date. The 3 of them were invited to grace the formal opening of Pandora in Greenbelt 5. They were each others date last year's (2010)Valentines day in Hong Kong were they also spend their birthday since the 3 of them share the same birth month. Georgina's natal day is on Feb. 12, Liz is on Feb. 8 and Anne's is on Feb. 17.

Reportedly, these 3 "IT" girls are on "Exclusively Dating Status". Anne has been dating Erwan Heusaff (FIlipino-French Business Man) since last year, Georgina's boyfriend is Borgy Manotoc and Liz is currently dating Lino Cayetano after she was linked to PNoy.

Anne Curtis loses $600 ring

Actress Anne Curtis lost a David Yurman amethyst ring with an estimated value of $600 in a Cathay Pacific aircraft.Curtis arrived from Hong Kong via Cathay Pacific Airlines Flight CX 905 at 10:47 p.m. Monday (Jan. 31). A report said the actress disembarked from the aircraft, leaving behind her hand-carry bag where she kept her jewelry.After she noticed her bag was missing, the host of the ABS-CBN television program “Showtime” immediately informed the Cathay Pacific crew that she left it on her seat.The crew recovered the jewelry box from the seat, but it no longer had the amethyst ring.The management of Cathay Pacific is now looking into the incident.Officials of the Manila International Airport Authority, meantime, remained mum on the incidents of theft at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.Recently, passenger Ernesto de Guzman lost his expensive watch after his baggage went through an X-ray machine at the airport.
